Post Mortem - What happened
Due to networking issues, the SaneChoice Mail Servers became inaccessible between 14:39 and 15:06, Jun 5th 2023. Our engineers worked with the network provider, who was already addressing the issue. The service returned to normal once the Service Provider resolved the problem.
What was Impacted
SaneChoice Email Services (excluding OX Business Email) were impacted for around 30 minutes. Customers could not send or receive emails during this period. Despite the outage, no emails would have been lost.
Next Steps
SaneChoice will work with the provider to understand the issue and whether there are any actions we can take to minimise future downtime. We apologise for any impact due to the disruption in your email service.
